| All items purchased in this site are shipped UPS Ground unless special arrangements have been made. Once your order has been shipped from our facility, a tracking number from UPS can be requested to check on its location during shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped via UPS Ground. Should an item be defective from the factory, a replacement can be requested by the customer. Should the customer choose to return an item, they must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item to request a RGA#, (Return Goods Authorization). Any products returned to us without a RGA# will be held or refused and directed back to the sender. The RGA# MUST be displayed CLEARLY on the package. Once a RGA# has been issued, the returned product must be received back in stock within 10 days. A 30% restocking fee may apply on any returns that are not considered "factory defective". Buyer is also responsible for all shipping charges. *IMPORTANT NOTE: any and all packages that have been opened, marked, or damaged in any way WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as a returned item. |
