Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays). Due to product availability, order processing may take up to 5 business days before being shipped.

Inspect your order. All items are in brand new and perfect condition when shipped. If any item arrives in imperfect condition or missing parts, please notify us within 24 hours by email. Returns will not be processed on items that show any signs of any installation attempts, wear, or shipping damage.

Shipping weights can include factors such as size of the item and estimated packaging weights.

UPS charges based on package dimensions as well as weight.

Due to variances in packaging size and weight, the weight and number of packages listed on your invoice may vary from what is shown on the UPS tracking information.

We can't ship to hotel addresses. The address must be a permanent address where you will be available to receive the shipment. The shipment must go to an address where you will be available to sign for it.

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted..

UPS makes 3 delivery attempts. If you aren't available for delivery and do not make other arrangements they will return it to us. At that time we will refund for the price of the items minus the shipping charge originaly paid plus the new shipping charge ups charged us to return your item. If you still want the items you will need to place a new order and pay the shipping charge again for the order.

If you reject a delivery from the ups delivery driver and the item is returned to us they will charge us for the returned item this charge will be deducted from your return credit. We cannot mark shipments as "No Signature Required" with UPS. For liability reasons shipments may require a signature for delivery. We cannot give UPS specific delivery instructions, such as time to deliver or where to place the package.
