**KNOW YOUR ORDER NUMBER BEFORE CALLING (NOT YOUR INVOICE NUMBER)**

Wholesale Direct returns must meet all of the following guidelines below. All returns must be accompanied with the following information in the box: Please include the following information:

1. Order number (given to you by the automated message acknowledging successful processing) OR hand written on the top of your invoice
2. Reason for return.
3. Copy of your sale receipt and Packing slip
4. Phone number including time zone and area code
5. E-mail address

Terms and Conditions:

Wholesale Direct will only return items that:

1. Are in original packaging (Unless defective)
2. Do not have missing parts
3. Are not damaged
4. Are in re-sellable condition

**Wholesale Direct must be notified within 10 days of receiving the merchandise of any parts being exchanged or returned. Please check all item for missing or damaged parts. These issues need to be handled within this 10 day period. Do not call us 30 days after the item is received and tell us there is a screw or clip missing, this has to be handles within 10 days of the item being received, no exceptions.

20% restocking fee on all non-defective merchandise returned. 20% fee waived if exchanging an item.

Shipping Refunds/Damaged Goods:

If your package was damaged by UPS you must call UPS at 1.800.PICK. UPS. Immediate notification ensures compensation. Tracking number is required. The tracking number is on the UPS label on the box.

• Shipping will only be refunded only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. • Packages that are refused will be charged a return shipping charge

. Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above, and are returned to Wholesale Direct without prior notice, will become property of Wholesale Direct.

Our Exchange Policy:

You may exchange an item if:

• The item is new still in the box, never installed or tested
• You would like credit towards a different item.
• Item must be of equal or greater value of the item you are returning
