Delivery Information

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS:
IMPORTANT: Inspect all items as soon as they are received.

Even if you are having the item installed professionally at a later date, inspect it when you receive it.

All items leave here in brand new, perfect condition, if they arrive in anything less, we must be notified within 24 hours and before the items are installed or are given to a 3rd party for installation.

If item is damaged, defective, or missing components please notify us within 24 hours. If you can provide photos of the damaged or defective item, please attach them in an email and specify whether you would like a replacement or refund.

MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPPING:
If UPS has lost or you claim you did not receive an item we will replace it free of charge after ups has investigated this claim and they have credited us. We will not refund any money for lost items and the replacement items cannot be refused or returned for credit. This policy is in place to protect us from mail fraud which is a punishable crime by law.
